Over the decade or more I’ve been using the Internet, I have seen a lot of “Internet phenomenons” come and go. There was the dancing baby, All Your Base, the “O RLY?” owl and a slue of others that just go to show the power of the Internet and how it can take a senseless image or stupid video and make it the best thing since color television. Well, here’s another for you and it’s one of my personal favorites…

World Dryer Corporation, the company that supplies hand dryers, touch-less faucets, soap dispensers and just about everything else your business bathroom needs in the United States also supplies a very generic label on how to operate their hand dryer. Unfortunately for them others have seen their message in a different light. If you look closely at the picture above you can kind of see why their harmless message now means, well, breakfast.

It seems like a very simple message. You push the button, you receive bacon. Breakfast is served! I’m not sure I would eat bacon that comes out of a hand dryer 3 feet from the urinals but hey, I don’t discriminate against those who have actually attempted to eat whatever comes out of this machine and go as far as leaving money to the guy next to you as a tip. That’s just a little weird.

There are even some labels that stretch this breakfast message even further. Push button, receive bacon, enjoy bacon!
