My name is Richard Ward and I've been designing websites since Photoshop 4.01 was released for Windows 98 if that tells you anything. I'm both an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) and HTML Developer Certified (W3), which means I know pretty much "everything" when it comes to designing and deploying websites.

I opened my first online business at the age of 13, a web hosting company I ran out of my bedroom. I quickly learned that if you want to benefit from online customers, you needed a stunning presence on the web -- an amazingly designed website will amazingly bring in profits. Soon, I had a tutor working with me and spent most of my time at Barnes & Noble reading computer "bibles" and staying up late working pro bono for start-ups and non-profits to get my name out there.

Over 12 years later, it's what I do for a living. From production to promotion, I design, program, optimize and promote the business websites that I develop. About My Work

All of the work I do is done cross-platform and cross-browser using the latest version of Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X to ensure it looks amazing on every screen. I use advanced design software such as Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, 3D Studio Max, Dreamweaver, and even hand-code using TextEdit (Mac) and Notepad (Windows).

I regularly test my designs in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera and Safari.
